The DRT24DL semiconductor testing and packaging machine is a 24 head based testing and processing program developed for small integrated circuit equipment, using flexible vibration bowl feeders or feeding tubes.
This high-speed test processing program has the ability to configure multiple processes to flexibly meet the high productivity semiconductor manufacturing industry in today's demanding environments for testing, laser marking, visual inspection, and packaging.
Its processing functions include multiple testing stations for inspection, visual inspection, partial orientation, laser identification, discharge system, and material tube output. It also provides easy conversion to various semiconductor packaging methods.
