The DRT18A semiconductor testing and packaging machine is a small integrated circuit device developed and processed using 18 turntable based testing and processing programs, using flexible vibration bowl feeders or feeding tubes.
This high-speed test processing program has the ability to configure multiple processes to flexibly meet the high productivity semiconductor manufacturing industry in today's demanding environments for testing, laser marking, visual inspection, and packaging.
Its processing functions include multiple testing stations for inspection, visual inspection, partial orientation, laser identification, discharge system, and material tube output. It also provides easy conversion to various semiconductor packaging methods.
